No Pain Whatsoever

No Pain Whatsoever.

We produced No Pain Whatsoever, a film about a woman confronting the reality of having a partner who is seriously ill, with their relationship fundamentally changed as she navigates the emotional uncertainty that follows. The film explores how illness can reshape intimacy, identity, and the future of a shared life, placing personal experience at the centre of a difficult transition. As part of the production, we acted as executive producers, recruiting 12 unemployed young people through Jobcentre Plus in Norfolk, each given the opportunity to choose and shadow different departments across the production.
