Engaging film production

Pictures for the People has produced and executive produced over 20 fictional films over the last 7 years.

Many of these productions are award-winning and have been broadcast on media including BBC, ITV and HBO.

Throughout all of these productions, young unemployed people have been recruited from Jobcentres or charity partners local to the productions.

Each of these young people received classroom training from us, followed by practical training; where they choose the department that they would like to work in on the production, shadowing professionals and gaining vital skills and experience.

Above all, our objective is to provide a positive experience for all involved, whether they decide to continue in film & media or choose another pathway.
