When I Grow Up.
We produced When I Grow Up, a narrative film following a police officer who is called to what he expects to be a routine domestic disturbance, only to discover the body of a murdered man and a diary belonging to a young girl who appears to be missing. As the investigation unfolds, he is forced to confront his own fears as a father. Alongside the production, the project recruited 12 unemployed young people through Jobcentre Plus in Yorkshire, with each trainee given the opportunity to choose and shadow different departments across the production.
