Commissioned as part of the 2022 East Bank creative programme, Dystopia to Utopia: Reimagining Our Future was staged against the iconic East Bank buildings at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Pictures for the People captured this ambitious outdoor performance, which fused dance, music, spoken word, and film to explore visions of a more hopeful and inclusive future. By combining cinematic live-action filming, immersive motion design, and careful storytelling, the project demonstrates how London-based video production can bring large-scale community arts events to life for both online and promotional audiences.
