English Heritage commissioned Pictures for the People to produce a series of films that would bring their art collection to life. The brief had two key aims: to raise awareness of the status of the collection — including a stunning, high-profile Botticelli piece — and to showcase the expertise of English Heritage staff in conserving and caring for these important artworks.

The charity aimed to engage audiences with the cultural and historical significance of their art collection.
