This project asked us to bring that ethos to life through film—giving personality, clarity and purpose to their services in eyewear and hearing care.

The objective was to create a piece that communicates more than products—it needed to show how Duncan & Todd see people, not just prescriptions. From selecting stylish frames to fitting hearing aids, from community screening programmes to recycling initiatives, this film needed to speak to service, care and impact.

Capturing Craft, Care and Community

We filmed across Duncan & Todd branches, featuring real team members and real clients. Eyewear fittings, hearing‑checks and moments of connection were captured with natural light, candid interaction and a tone of genuine service. We also included behind‑the‑scenes of service labs and community outreach to reflect their clinical depth and social responsibility. Editing blended personal stories with brand‑driven visuals, focusing on frames, ear devices, consultations and service moments.

Positioning Service as the Difference

Rather than just showing glasses and hearing aids, the film highlights how Duncan & Todd merge technology, people and environment.
