Pictures for the People has produced and executive produced over 20 fictional films over the last 7 years.<\/p>\n
Many of these productions are award-winning and have been broadcast on media including BBC, ITV and HBO.<\/p>\n
Throughout all of these productions, young unemployed people have been recruited from Jobcentres or charity partners local to the productions.<\/p>\n
Each of these young people received classroom training from us, followed by practical training; where they choose the department that they would like to work in on the production, shadowing professionals and gaining vital skills and experience.<\/p>\n
Above all, our objective is to provide a positive experience for all involved, whether they decide to continue in film & media or choose another pathway.<\/p>\n
